Brian is the Founder and CEO of Dove Mortgage Corporation. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 1989 after spending eight years in corporate America, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and client-focused mindset that would shape his future work.

In 1993, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create a more personal, service-oriented mortgage experience, Brian launched Dove Mortgage Corporation. Since then, he has helped thousands of clients achieve the American Dream of homeownership, as well as save money and build financial stability through strategic refinancing.

Brian has been recognized multiple times on the Scotsman Guide Top 200 Originators list, most recently in 2022, reflecting decades of dedication, expertise, and consistent results.

Through the many market shifts and challenges that have reshaped the industry, Dove Mortgage Corporation has stood the test of time. Under Brian's leadership, the company continues to thrive, grounded in integrity, resilience, and a deep commitment to its clients.
