Cole and Brian are incredible!! They are always prompt and quick to respond. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I initially found the whole process a little daunting. But with Cole and Brian, we felt comfortable the entire time. We communicated for about 1 month on the pre-approval process - us just getting our documents in, browsing some homes, asking some general questions, not rushing into anything. Then, we found a home that we were interested in, and they worked FAST to get it to us! After we submitted our loan to underwriting, we got a conditional approval in 2 days. Then we got an initial closing disclosure 1 day after. And we were clear to close in 6 days after that. We went from submission to clear to close in 9 days! Even with a hiccup that we ran into that we were worried would impact our loan (the same week as our closing, no less), Cole and Brian worked super quickly to help advise us, and everything still went smoothly.
